About the Role

Inoltra is partnered with an international consulting and SAP services provider that has a long track record of delivering large-scale projects across the globe. In this position, you will work closely with Finance and Controlling stakeholders to design, configure, and implement SAP FI/CO solutions — primarily within S/4HANA transformation projects. You will analyze existing processes, define future process landscapes, lead configuration activities, support testing phases, and provide training and post-go-live assistance.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO in implementation or consulting roles
• Strong knowledge of FI and CO processes (GL, AR/AP, Management and Asset Accounting)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations or migrations
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations
• Experience documenting processes and delivering end-user training
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• German language skills at C1 level or above (spoken and written)

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of additional SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and integration points
• Background in process optimization or template rollouts
• Experience working in international or cross-functional project teams
• Ability to travel occasionally for workshops and trainings
