Senior SAP ILM Consultant – Germany (Hybrid/Remote Options)

Are you an experienced SAP ILM specialist looking to take on a role where you can truly influence large-scale transformation projects? Our client — a highly respected digital consulting partner working across major German enterprises — is expanding its SAP team and looking for a Senior SAP ILM Consultant to join their growing organisation.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) solutions.
• Drive data retention, archiving, and privacy-compliance initiatives across complex SAP landscapes.
• Advise customers on GDPR, data protection, lifecycle strategy, and ILM best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (BASIS, Security, Data, S/4HANA experts).
• Support migration and transformation projects, including S/4HANA readiness.
• Take ownership of customer workshops, solution architecture, and technical delivery.

What You Bring

Several years of hands-on SAP ILM experience (ILM Retention, ILM Archiving, ILM Decommissioning).
Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy requirements.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments or transformation programs.
Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
Fluent German or strong B2/C1 German level preferred.
