• Play a key role in steering a SAP S/4HANA Brownfield transformation
• Enable clarity, momentum, and confident decision‑making across business and IT
• Drive governance, integrated planning, and executive‑level transparency
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery readiness

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations (Brownfield preferred)
• Proven hands‑on PMO or program leadership expertise in integrated planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management
• A track record in defining and using KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to support decisions
• Good understanding of commercial SAP functional landscapes (e.g. FI/CO, SD)
• Confident communication with senior stakeholders in English and German
• A hands‑on, ownership‑driven mindset
