As our Internal Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant & Functional Module Owner, you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for our SuccessFactors Talent Modules (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Recruiting & Onboarding), driving the evolution of our global HCM landscape. In this strategic in-house role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to optimize and further develop our HR processes. Your expertise will deliver real business value and contribute to meaningful, sustainable change — all within a dynamic and international environment that values ownership, collaboration, and initiative.
