MA is working with a global SAP partner to support their SAP HR team expansion. This company is working on large-scale international projects and is now searching for experts skilled in SAP SuccessFactors to get stuck into complex SAP HR programmes.

What you will be doing:

• Design, configure and deploy large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Work closely with the customer e.g. workshops and demos
• Get involved in pre-sales e.g. client presentations and RFPs
• Opportunity to lead a small team

What you’ll need:

• 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors space
• Some leadership experience is a plus
• Strong external consulting experience
• Fluent German and English
