Location: Hamburg (Hybrid- Once a month in office)
Permanent Salary: €75,000- €95,000 DOE

Overview

Ready to shape the future of HCM with long-term impact? We’re partnering with a leading global organisation within the medical diagnostics and healthcare technology sector to appoint a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant & Functional Module Owner.

This is a strategic in-house role where you’ll take end-to-end ownership of the SuccessFactors Talent Modules (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Recruiting & Onboarding and Talent Intelligence Hub), driving the evolution of a complex, international HR systems landscape across EMEA. You’ll work closely with senior internal stakeholders to optimise HR processes and deliver sustainable, high-impact change within a collaborative, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the SuccessFactors Talent modules across the EMEA region
• Ensure stable operations, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the platform
• Partner closely with Business Owners and HR Key Users to maximise system value and usability
• Collaborate with other SuccessFactors and Concur Module Owners, internal IT teams, external vendors, and global HQ to ensure fully integrated solutions
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert, leading and co-leading initiatives for implementations, enhancements and new regional rollouts
• Manage change requests and complex support topics end-to-end
• Proactively track SAP roadmap updates, industry trends, and innovations (including AI)
• Create and maintain training materials, internal documentation, and knowledge base content
• Operate with high levels of autonomy, while following internal governance and quality standards
• Take long-term ownership and accountability for assigned SuccessFactors modules

Essential Experience

• Senior-level experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules including Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Recruiting & Onboarding and Talent Intelligence Hub
• Proven background as an in-house SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
• Experience operating in a multi-country, global environment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and best practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Desirable

Experience with SAP BTP, system integrations and/or SAP Build
Project and process management exposure

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or equivalent professional experience
SAP Certified

Languages

Fluent English required
German is a strong advantage
