These Tasks Await

• Develop, optimize, and execute comprehensive on-page SEO strategies specifically tailored for the Romanian search landscape, including internal linking strategies.
• Perform profound analysis of ranking factors; work independently on findings and report to the Team Lead.
• Take ownership of and work on domain projects of different scale and development stage.
• Regularly track and monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Manage detailed on-page SEO checks and audits for all market-related projects.
• Identify new opportunities and approaches in SEO, and design and monitor SEO experiments.
• Find new keywords and verify keyword research and targets when necessary.
• Assess different website structures and troubleshoot on-page SEO issues.
• Analyze competitor on-page SEO optimization strategies.
• Stay up to date with Google updates, SEO trends and market developments, and translate them into daily work.
• Brief and provide clear guidelines to other team members and departments.
• Mentor and guide Trainee and Junior team members.
• Collaborate with the Off-Page SEO Team and other teams as required.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in on-page SEO.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Romanian language skills at native level.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing.
• Experience with SEO analysis and monitoring tools.
• Confident in technical SEO.
• Thorough understanding of mobile optimization.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking.
• Proactive, patient, and flexible in approaching new challenges.
• Eager to serve as a go-to resource and work alongside an international team.
