Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure service delivery across global accounts and multiple geographies
- Ensure SLA and KPI adherence, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Oversee data center operations, including capacity planning, hardware lifecycle, virtualization, and disaster recovery
- Manage cloud services across Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms, ensuring performance and scalability
- Supervise network and cybersecurity operations, including SD-WAN, segmentation, and compliance with ISO/GDPR standards
- Lead digital workplace initiatives, such as VDI deployment, device lifecycle, and user experience improvement
- Own full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization for service operations
- Drive transformation and automation initiatives, leveraging tools like Grafana, Azure Arc, and ServiceNow
- Provide strategic leadership and mentoring to large global teams, promoting collaboration and accountability
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and trust
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Service Delivery across global environments
- Proven record managing large teams (100+ resources) and multi-country service operations
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, managed services, and service desk operations
- Expertise in cloud, network, and cybersecurity domains, including automation and enterprise tooling
- Experience managing financial performance, budgets, and cost optimization strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in German and English (C1/C2)
- Experience in regulated industries such as manufacturing, energy, or finance is a plus
- Relevant certifications like ITIL V3/V4, PMP, CCNA, ISO 9001, or CSM are preferred
