Responsibilities

• You design Connected Service processes (KIS/PACS, updates/upgrades, cybersecurity, feature entitlement & license logic) and continuously develop them further
• You are responsible for advancing service processes and repair models based on the global service framework strategy
• You plan, create, and deliver service trainings and define the related training standards
• You contribute service-related requirements to the product development process, provide professional guidance throughout development, and ensure serviceability through testing and evaluation
• You create OEM service packages, shape their content, and oversee technical support, including feedback integration into service processes

Your profile

• You hold a technical degree (e.g., medical engineering, engineering sciences) or an equivalent technical qualification combined with relevant service and repair experience
• Your German and English language skills correspond to CEFR level C1
• You have a strong affinity for IT (particularly ERP systems, documentation systems, and basic knowledge of KIS/PACS)
• You demonstrate a structured, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented way of working
• Strong, audience‑appropriate communication skills as well as a high level of service and customer orientation complete your profile
