Your mission

• Establish and optimize service processes across Europe, integrating IATF 16949 quality management principles.
• Lead cost‑efficiency projects using PMP methodology, focusing on service network optimization and inventory control.
• Manage and enhance third‑party service partner performance through training and certification programs.
• Act as the key liaison between our China HQ and European teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and customer satisfaction.
• Drive proactive quality assurance by shifting from reactive maintenance to preventive process control.
• Analyze service‑related financial data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in after‑sales service or project management within the automotive or similarly regulated industries.
• Solid understanding of IATF 16949 and its core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC).
• PMP certification and hands‑on project management experience.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret service‑related financial statements.
• English and Chinese C1; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.
