Deine Aufgaben

• Leite deutschsprachige Vulnerability-Response-Workshops für unsere Enterprise-Kunden und vermittle komplexe Inhalte verständlich, strukturiert und praxisnah.
• Berate unsere Kunden ganzheitlich zu funktionalen und technischen Aspekten von ServiceNow Vulnerability Response – und entwickle daraus skalierbare, nachhaltige Lösungskonzepte.
• Konfiguriere und entwickle auf der ServiceNow-Plattform gemäß Best Practices und der Now-Create-Methodik und trage aktiv zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Projekte bei.
• Erstelle hochwertige technische und kundenorientierte Dokumentationen, die Transparenz schaffen und nachhaltige Projekterfolge fördern.
• Kommuniziere sicher mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern und fungiere als verlässliche Ansprechperson über alle Projektphasen hinweg.
• Übernimm die Rolle des Senior Technical Advisors und stelle durch deine Expertise ein exzellentes Kundenerlebnis während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus sicher.

Dein Profil

• Tiefgehende, praktische Erfahrung im Bereich ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, idealerweise als Fachexpert*in.
• Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in der ServiceNow-Beratung mit direktem Kundenkontakt und Verantwortung für technische Umsetzungsthemen.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Scripting, Konfiguration und technischer Lösungsarchitektur auf der ServiceNow-Plattform.
• Aktuelle ServiceNow-Zertifizierungen, insbesondere CSA und CIS-VR.
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Workshops zu moderieren, pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln und komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu vermitteln.
• Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift, kombiniert mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen.

Wünschenswerte Zusatzqualifikationen

• Erfahrung in weiteren ServiceNow-Modulen im Security- und Risikomanagementbereich (SIR, Threat Intelligence, GRC/IRM).
• Relevante Branchenzertifizierungen (z. B. CISM, CISA, CRISC).
• Erfahrung in der Durchführung anspruchsvoller technischer Workshops für Senior-Stakeholder und Entscheidungsträger.
