Central Security Engineering – Threat Response team
The current role is needed in the Central Security Engineering function in the Threat Response team that focuses on strategic onboarding and maintenance of security automation and orchestration tooling. This involves lifecycle management of security solutions for monitoring and response with a focus on Security Orchestration and Automation.

As a Senior SOAR Engineer (f/m/x), you will be the primary contact for managing the SOAR engineering effort, building architecture artifacts (HLD, LLD, integration documentation) and serving as the subject‑matter expert for configurations and maintenance on the current infrastructure supporting the SOAR solution.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SME for Security Engineering in the Security Orchestration and Remediation area.
• Perform and provide guidance for SOAR Engineering on product configurations and maintenance activities.
• Analyse and document the SOAR architecture and create architecture artifacts describing HLD and LLD setup and maintain existing ones.
• Develop, implement, and execute standard procedures for administration, content management, change management, version/patch management, and lifecycle management.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Many years of experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting SOAR technology (Chronicle SOAR, Splunk Phantom).
• Experience working with DevOps tools, preferably Terraform.
• Experience in GCP or Azure cloud management.
• Hands‑on Linux administration is a plus.
• Understanding of security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, etc.).
