Responsibilities

• Support design and responsible implementation of complex Social Media strategies and content plans.
• Responsibility for execution of content strategies, creation and quality assurance of Social Media content.
• Building and maintaining an engaged community, developing community guidelines and crisis communication.
• Deep analysis of Social Media performance, identification of growth opportunities and deriving strategic recommendations.
• Selection, implementation and management of Social Media management and analytics tools.
• Proactive identification and integration of Social Media trends, new technologies and platforms.
• Strategic collaboration with internal departments, clients and external partners.Responsibility for planning, managing and optimizing large Social Media budgets.
• Professional leadership and support of Junior- and Mid‑Level Social Media Managers.

Qualifications

• Expertise in the development and implementation of comprehensive Social Media strategies.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience with Social Media Analytics tools.
• Excellent creativity, storytelling and content production experience.
• Strong interest in Social Media innovations and ability to adapt to trends.
• Extensive experience in managing and optimizing Social Media budgets.
