Your tasks

• Independent and holistic implementation and management of a work package consisting of one or more software architecture elements, taking into account standards as well as process and quality specifications.
• Manager to provide the necessary skills and further development of employees
• Responsibility for all necessary activities within software development, a software architecture taking into account quality, costs and deadlines as well as evaluation, delegation and control of all necessary activities within the work packages in terms of quality, costs and deadlines (QKT)
• Advising and supporting sales, product/project management and customers (internal and external) in the context of software development
• Reduction of complexity through further decomposition, creation and initiation of implementation concepts and software designs as well as connection of individual artifacts of software development on the basis of a software architecture

Your profile

• Completed university degree in the STEM field or a comparable qualification
• Many years of professional experience in software development
• Professional management experience of at least 2 years
• Ability to manage work packages in QKT
• High level of teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in agile environments
