At Element Logic, we build software that orchestrates the flow of goods in some of the world’s most advanced automated warehouses. We are now looking for a senior software engineer with experience in logistics, intralogistics, or industrial automation, who wants to work hands‑on with complex real‑world systems.

What You’ll Work On

eController – our integration platform and toolbox for connecting, controlling, and optimizing automated warehouse equipment. The platform connects multiple automated systems and gives customers extended control over material flow, order execution, and system behavior.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions for automated equipment such as conveyors, scanners, box detectors, and packing machines.
• Build robust, scalable services that coordinate order flows and the physical movement of goods in real time.
• Work with warehouse visualization and simulation, enabling customers to model and test automated workflows before deploying changes in production.
• Analyze complex warehouse processes and translate logistics requirements into reliable software solutions.
• Improve system observability, diagnostics, and error handling in environments where uptime and precision are critical.
• Contribute to architectural decisions in a modular, extensible platform used across customers and markets.
• Take part in the full product lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Work closely with product management, system architects, and domain experts in logistics and automation.
• Act as a technical sparring partner for colleagues and support teams, sharing knowledge and raising engineering standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes, code quality, and system architecture.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies relevant to logistics automation and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with C# / .NET and modern software development practices.
• Background in logistics, intralogistics, automation, manufacturing, or industrial systems.
• Experience building integration‑heavy systems, middleware, or control software.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, messaging, and event‑driven architectures.
• Strong communication skills in English (German is an advantage).
