• You have at least 3 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.

• Have more than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support or other technical roles with customer contact.

• You have knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments.

• You have strong communication skills.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Solution Architect to support our artificial intelligence solutions through hands-on prototyping and sales enablement. You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions, and continuously improve our offering. By demonstrating and adapting our state-of-the-art computer-vision AI pipeline, you’ll help customers unlock real business value. The prototypes and proof-of-concepts you create will be critical to their success. If you combine strong technical skills with a passion for problem-solving and exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to meet you.

ALSO DESIRABLE:

• Leadership experience in solution engineering/presales is a plus.

• Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems is a plus.

• An understanding of the Docker ecosystem is a plus.

• A good understanding of hardware is a plus.

• You are fluent in English, German language skills are a plus.

• We expect a very low frequency of travel of less than once per month.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify customer issues and identify opportunities for product improvements.

• You develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer specific requirements.

• You are responsible for problem solving in a proactive and professional manner.

• You will manage and respond to customer inquiries via our ticketing system and email.

• You create FAQs, assist in building our online community, and write documentation.
