Your mission

Architecture & technical responsibility

• You analyse our customers' existing IT and system landscapes, identify structures, weaknesses and potential
• You actively engage in discussions with relevant stakeholders, create complete technical specifications and develop architecture concepts based on these
• You will design modern, scalable solution, system and cloud architectures and ensure their feasibility.
• You will create integration and migration concepts and manage their development.
• You will support and manage the technical implementation – both internally and in collaboration with our customers

Consulting & customer focus

• You provide customers with sound, transparent and targeted advice on complex system and integration projects
• You develop solutions in the context of marketing, sales and customer service technology that combine data, content and engagement in a meaningful way
• You communicate clearly, structurally and in a manner appropriate to the audience – both to technical teams and to specialist departments

Project management & collaboration

• You will take responsibility for the technical aspects of the project
• You will be the central interface between customer requirements and our international development team
• You will actively shape requirements engineering, solution design and quality assurance

Innovation & further development

• You continuously follow technological developments and bring new ideas to projects and architectural concepts
• You work with modern AI tools and innovative technologies to continuously develop processes, results and solutions
• You contribute to the optimisation of our solution portfolio
• You are our source for news about solution architecture

Your profile

• You have a deep understanding of solution architecture and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• You have technical expertise in modern marketing, sales, customer service and cloud technologies
• You are confident in using marketable cloud stacks (e.g. Azure, AWS) and at least three established enterprise solutions
• You communicate analytically, clearly and in a structured manner – both internally and externally
• You work independently, are quality‑oriented and have a high sense of responsibility
• You are fluent in German and English
• You enjoy working on the service provider side and have strong consulting and implementation skills
