Your Tasks

Technical Point of Contact: You are the go‑to person for all technical questions from our customers and partners regarding the use, onboarding, and integration of our platform.
Bridge between Sales, Product & IT: Together with Sales and Product, you develop scalable solutions tailored to customer needs and ensure their successful implementation with fulfillmenttools.
Technical Consulting: You advise our customers on system architecture and the integration of external systems (e.g. ERP, OMS, PIM) into our platform – with a focus on performance, scalability, and future‑readiness.
The Stage is yours: You independently lead technical workshops, product demos, and training sessions – empowering our partners to work confidently with our solution.
Pre‑Sales Engineering: You support pre‑sales activities with technical expertise and guide project‑based collaboration with customers and partners.
Agile & cross‑functional collaboration: We offer you autonomous work in an agile, cross‑functional environment where open feedback culture across all teams is a key part of how we work.

Your Profile

Technical expertise & consulting skills: You have several years of experience in software development, system integration, or technical consulting – ideally in complex B2B or SaaS environments.
E‑commerce knowledge: Ideally, you bring experience in the e‑commerce space, especially within the retail sector.
API expertise: You are confident working with REST and GraphQL APIs and understand how to integrate interfaces efficiently and securely.
Programming skills: You have solid knowledge of at least one modern programming language such as Java, TypeScript, or C#, and can quickly adapt to new technologies.
Cloud experience: You are comfortable working in cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and have experience with distributed systems and microservices.
Hands‑On mentality & quality focus: You are solution‑oriented, pragmatic, and always keep technical performance and excellence in mind.
Problem solver with ownership: You find sustainable solutions – even for complex challenges – and take full responsibility for your technical decisions.
Strong communication & empathy: You communicate clearly and effectively – in both German and English – and can explain technical concepts in a way that’s easy to understand, internally and externally.
