We are looking for a Senior Solution Manager (Heating & Cooling)

In this influential and technically demanding role, you will play a key part in developing, engineering, and validating heating and cooling solutions for industrial and commercial customers. You will support Resalta’s market expansion in Germany by designing robust, bankable, and energy‑efficient projects that drive decarbonization and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

• Establish and support the development of new business opportunities in the field of heating and cooling.
• Prepare technical reports, analyses, and feasibility studies for heating and cooling projects.
• Develop and propose technical solutions, including full cost‑benefit analyses and conduct technical inspections and measurements on customer sites.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement processes and the implementation of equipment from suppliers.
• Contribute to contract negotiations.
• Assess technological risks and evaluate competitive solution approaches.
• Participate in project implementation and commissioning phases.

Your Profile:

Professional Qualifications

• Successfully completed engineering degree, ideally in energy engineering, energy systems engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of heating and cooling technologies, systems, and solutions (e.g., heat pumps, cooling systems, CHP/boilers, building energy systems).
• At least 7+ years of relevant experience in heating and cooling or a related industrial field.
• Significant experience in technical project management and engineering design.
• Native German speaker with fluent English.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset; ability to interpret complex technical and financial information.
• Excellent technical advisory and negotiation skills; able to translate complex topics into clear, solution‑oriented arguments.
• Innovative, solution‑oriented thinker with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
