Position

We are seeking a Cologne or Berlin‑based Senior Consultant / Project Manager to lead and manage strategic consulting projects for our global corporate customers in the Enterprise Solutions Consulting Department.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple strategic projects for global corporate clients.
• Manage hotel programs (volumes up to €300 million), including strategy definition, procurement, and continuous program management.
• Coordinate an agile team of data scientists, product managers, and operations managers.
• Conduct analyses and derive insights from client data and HRS global benchmark data to identify spend optimization opportunities.
• Consult corporate clients, jointly develop sourcing strategies to generate savings and ensure traveller satisfaction.
• Manage and drive sourcing projects with client teams and consultant peers worldwide.
• Conduct hotel price negotiations for key suppliers, coordinating with Supplier Solutions colleagues.
• Present recommendations to clients with a management storyline, convincing senior stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, HR).
• Support acquisition of new customers and renewal of existing contracts.
• Identify growth areas internally and externally to drive continuous innovation.

Requirements

• Approx. 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, procurement, or corporate strategy roles.
• Passionate about working for a global travel‑tech company and strategic thinking.
• Comfortable presenting to customers and partners in workshops.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, challenging but rewarding environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from big data.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Team‑building ability, inspiring others to exceed expectations.
• Fluency in German and English (additional European languages a plus).
