Senior Specialist Application Engineering Tapes and Labels - Europe (d/m/w)

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance to clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions
• Support clients with lab-based and customer-facing projects, including performance validation, data generation, and the design of test methods for new applications (including up to 40% travel within Europe)
• Conduct thorough product testing and evaluations to ensure solutions meet quality standards and client specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues in sales, product development, marketing, and other areas to solve technical issues for clients
• Inform clients about the performance capabilities of products and services through technical support, reports, and presentations
• Deliver expert training programs to sales partners and clients to ensure new products and applications are selected and used appropriately
• Establish and leverage external networks and partnerships with OEMs, and represent the company at trade shows and industry associations

Qualifications

• Master degree in Chemistry or Engineering
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience within the pressure sensitive adhesives industry
• Strong technical expertise and problem solving in the adhesives industry for key applications like PSA Tapes, Labels and graphics
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and project management skills
• Fluent in digital collaborative tools like OneNote/O365
• Fluent English and German skills; French is a plus
