Job Mission

In this role, you’ll craft, execute, and optimize personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels, showcasing the latest features, products, and services. Your innovative campaigns will not only introduce customers to upcoming developments but also enhance their everyday lives and businesses with our smart technology. Collaborating closely with the dynamic Kia Connect team and our European markets, you’ll ensure that every campaign runs seamlessly, all while navigating the exciting challenges of legal requirements and industry standards. But that’s not all – you'll also lead efforts to boost campaign performance, refine marketing automation, and continuously push the boundaries of what's possible in the automotive and tech marketing space.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Next (email, app, in‑car messages)
  • Identify, test, and implement AI‑driven marketing use cases to continuously improve customer engagement and efficiency
  • Develop personalized and automated customer journeys and flows throughout their lifecycle
  • Optimize automations and data flows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in campaign execution
  • Create dynamic, segmented audiences based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement data in data cloud
  • Work with data teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM, customer data, and external systems with Salesforce Marketing
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open rates, click‑through rates, conversions)
  • Use A/B testing, reporting, and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimize future campaign efforts
  • Identify key insights and trends to improve marketing strategies
  • Create and own creative campaign concepts and content, from idea to execution, across email, app, and in‑car channels
  • Ensure all campaigns are compliant with GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, ePrivacy, and other data protection regulations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Consultant, etc.).

Experience

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on building and executing campaigns.
  • Experience with A/B testing, performance analysis, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience in HTML and AMP script for email design and dynamic content.
  • Experience with Marketing Next concepts, tools, or frameworks is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in automotive/mobility would be considered a strong asset.
  • Experience working in Direct‑To‑Consumer role would be considered a strong asset.
  • Experience applying AI to marketing use cases such as personalization, content optimization, audience targeting, and performance improvement.

Skills

  • Proficient in using key Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and customer journey development.
  • Strong experience in creative campaign development, from concept to execution across digital channels.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data segmentation, and integration of third‑party systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Good understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements.
  • Familiar with project management methods and able to lead projects with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to initiate, manage and deliver complex projects.
  • Ability to influence behavior without organizational hierarchy.
  • Comfortable using Agile project management tools like Confluence or JIRA.
  • Strong motivation to work on new and unknown topics is needed.
  • Independent working style combined with team spirit is required.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
