Your seat to fill:

• Oversee, manage and optimize Paid marketing campaigns with a large focus on Google and YouTube ads


• Analyze campaign performance using platforms like Google ads, GA4, Power BI and a looker studio to inform strategic decisions


• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, ad copies and landing pages to drive continuous improvement


• Collaborate with media teams to develop compelling ad creatives, ad copies, and align budget allocation to ensure goals are met


• Work closely with Online Marketing & Web Development Agency

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Successfully completed studies in Marketing or Business Administration


• A few years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing or Search Engine Advertising (Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Bing, etc.)


• Highly efficient and collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment


• Outstanding ability to think creatively and to identify and resolve problems


• Deep understanding of target audiences, funnels, and data-driven marketing


• Very good language skills in English, German would be a plus
