Senior Specialist – Services Supply Chain Operations

Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight & Performance Management

• Oversee daily operational activities related to: Spare parts planning and replenishment Inventory management and accuracy Order fulfillment and backlog management
• Set operational priorities and ensure timely execution of daily, weekly, and monthly activities
• Monitor and analyze key KPIs, including: Parts availability Inventory health and stock accuracy Inbound and outbound TAT Backorder and backlog performance Defective parts return cycle time Order fulfillment lead time
• Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions in collaboration with operational teams and partners
• Lead and facilitate regular operational and performance review meetings

Stakeholder Management & Functional Leadership

• Act as a key escalation point for operational issues related to planning, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment
• Collaborate closely with Global Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Customer Care, Sales Order Management, and Service Delivery teams
• Coordinate with Business Partners and logistics providers to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution
• Represent Services Supply Chain operations in regional meetings, operational calls, and performance reviews

Strategic & Analytical Contribution

• Support EMEA Services Supply Chain strategy execution through operational insights and recommendations
• Translate strategic objectives into clear operational actions and measurable outcomes
• Contribute to long-term planning for network optimization, inventory health, and customer fulfillment performance
• Provide structured reporting and insights to senior management

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics, or related operational roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to operate independently and take ownership of complex operational topics
• Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, and performance management
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to influence and coordinate across teams without direct line management responsibility
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for operational excellence
