Responsibilities

• Maximize programmatic revenue through data analysis, pricing strategies, and floor optimization.


• Identify levers to increase available inventory and optimize monetization based on potential.


• Analyze bid landscapes, fill rates, and CPMs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.


• Support the definition of pricing strategies and inventory management practices to ensure sustainable revenue.


• Gather and validate data on current inventory, pricing, and performance to understand interdependencies and revenue impact.


• Monitor key retail media metrics, focusing on onsite ads, to continuously improve yield performance.


• Provide regular reporting on revenue performance, opportunities, and risks.


• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, privacy regulations (GDPR, TCF), and ad‑tech innovations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in online media with a strong focus on inventory optimization and yield management in retail media.


• Solid knowledge of media performance metrics (impressions, CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and their relevance to retail media onsite ads.


• Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies (Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, OpenRTB, header bidding).


• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Analytics.


• Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to stakeholders.


• Experience in a retail, e‑commerce, or digital media environment is a plus.
