Your Job als Senior Staff Test Development Engineer (m/f/d)
As a Senior Staff Test Development Engineer (m/f/d), you will develop production test programs for integrated circuits, ensure high quality for the automotive market, and optimize test costs. You will also lead small engineering teams and actively share knowledge across the organization.

Your qualities are

Completed university degree or technical college degree in electrical engineering, physics, or computer science
More than 8 years of experience in microelectronics development in the semiconductor industry (preferably in test development)
Experience in technical management of small engineering teams
Deep knowledge of programming ATE (Automatic Test Equipment), ideally on Advantest T2000
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and scripting languages
Experience with measuring devices (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope)
Good knowledge of circuit technology and PCB design
Knowledge of statistics
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Good written and spoken English skills
Ability to work in a team and problem-solving skills

Additional interests include

Developing production test programs for integrated circuits
Ensuring high quality for the automotive market with cost-effective testing
Leading small engineering teams
Supporting and sharing knowledge within the organization
Developing test concepts and contributing to strategic test development topics
Mentoring younger engineers
Using presentation skills and moderating workshops/lectures
