Senior Steuer-Spezialist

• Be responsible for the direct and indirect taxes in Germany and Austria.
• Support our management and organization with providing tax advise on business initiatives and trainings on tax related topics.
• Support tax audits. Maintain relationship and cooperate with Fiscal Authorities.
• Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax obligations, including tax payments and/or refunds.
• Analyse and plan tax obligations for upcoming years during the budget cycles; report on actuals.
• Work on international projects and process improvements.

Profil

• Minimum 3 years’ prior experience working in similar position. Experience in a multinational corporation would be an advantage.
• Expertise in corporate income tax, trade tax, VAT, international tax principles and tax accounting. Experience in excise tax and customs taxation area would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, HGB).
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel). Experience with ERP software (SAP or similar) would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and focus on results.
• Strong communication skills, coupled with teamwork & proactivity.
• Fluency in business German and English, both written and spoken.
