If you’re passionate about strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and delivering results on a global scale, this role is for you!**What You’ll Do*** **Be the supplier champion** – serve as the primary point of contact and build strong, collaborative relationships that fuel innovation and performance.* **Own RFIs, RFPs & RFQs** – design, lead, and execute sourcing events that secure the best value, terms, and partnerships.* **Deliver measurable impact** – drive savings, lead dual‐sourcing projects, and unlock new value opportunities.* **Master market insights** – analyze trends and supply‐market dynamics to steer smart, forward‐looking sourcing decisions.* **Build cutting‐edge sourcing strategies** – work with global teams to shape tailored strategies that boost efficiency and consistency across regions.* **Implement strategies globally** – ensure alignment and flawless execution of sourcing plans around the world.* **Communicate with influence** – use clear, compelling communication to engage stakeholders and guide strategic decisions.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Engineering/Chemistry is a plus).* Experience in procurement and/or sales, with strong sourcing acumen.* Knowledge of **Raw Materials**, **Contract Manufacturing**, and **Indirect commodities** (OM&S, MRO, Environmental, Capex).* Project Management certification, Six Sigma, or CPSM are strong pluses.**What You Bring*** Passion for sourcing and deep knowledge of buying categories and supplier management.* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into strategy.* Agility to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly.* High ethical standards and integrity in every decision.### #LI-SG1Join our to stay connected with us!DuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
