The Role

As a Senior Consultant , you will accelerate our customers’ digital transformation and support Celonis’ international expansion. You will identify customers’ strategic priorities, develop data-driven process insights using SQL, and create complex data models to ensure maximum value. You will become an expert in processes such as Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Production, e-Commerce, Opportunity Management and Supply Chain Management. You will leverage Celonis features including Process Analytics, Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning .

The work you’ll do

• Lead and drive the implementation process while delivering exceptionally high levels of service to ensure an optimal Celonis solution for customers
• Transform the customer’s data using SQL to create the data model for process analysis
• Design and implement innovative analyses and operational apps , enriching them with AI or Machine Learning to make processes transparent and automated
• Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and determine root causes to propose improvement approaches
• Quantify the business and financial potential and present relevant KPIs and improvement areas to management
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures to improve process inefficiencies
• Set the foundation of the value path to enable long-term customer success

The qualifications you need

• Min. 4 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
• Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
• Proven expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes , e.g. procurement, production planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation or warehouse operations
• Strong communication skills in German and English and enjoy interacting with customers to understand and interpret business processes
• Dedication and vision to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
• Excellent analytical skills , well organized and a quick learner
• Business acumen is a strong plus—understanding client needs, identifying value drivers, and delivering strategic, impact-driven recommendations
• Completed studies in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field
