Key Responsibilities:

Guide public and private clients in creating and executing sustainability and Net-Zero strategies.
Lead decarbonization and ESG integration projects, identifying new processes and technologies to align with sustainability goals.
Develop frameworks for impact assessments, sustainability reporting, and performance management to drive meaningful results.
Conduct ESG and materiality analyses, evaluating global trends in CSR and decarbonisation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and fostering trust across all levels.

Your Profile:

Degree in Economics, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or Sustainability-related fields (e.g., Sustainability Management, Finance, Development).
5-10 years of professional experience leading sustainability projects.
In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability strategies, and regulations (e.g., Taxonomy Regulation, Disclosure Regulation).
Strong understanding of global sustainability trends and political frameworks.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Willingness to travel as needed.
