Senior System Administrator

German speaking Senior administrator (Telephony experience) – up to €65,000

Amicus recruitment are working with a transportation company who are one of the largest providers within Germany. They are looking for a German speaking Senior administrator with strong experience in Telephony to join their team. This role is based out in either office in North Rhine-Westphalia or Potsdam and are required to go into the office 3 days a week initially and then flexibility is given after probation.

They have over 5,000+ employees situated in their North Rhine-Westphalia and Potsdam office with revenues of around €1 billion+. Their IT department is split up in 2 teams with 8 in the IT operations and 8 in the Network team which you will be joining. They place great importance on ensuring a smooth functioning IT landscape across Germany and are always looking to develop in the future.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability and performance of IT systems by managing, monitoring, and maintaining complex infrastructures.
• Troubleshooting, system upgrades and lifecycle management.
• Support projects and provide second line expertise.
• Contribute to keeping operations running smoothly in the IT team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with CISCO
• 3+ years’ experience with Telefonie
• Experience in a relevant role, ideally in second line support
• Fluent German (C1)

Package

Salary up to €65,000 DOE. Benefits include Pension, Public transport ticket, 30 days holiday, hybrid working, flexible working hours and a bike leasing scheme, plus more.
