Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer to join the Digital Workplace Service Line, focusing on Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM). In this role, you will design, build, and enhance secure and scalable mobile solutions, ensuring compliance with high security requirements. You will work closely with other architecture teams, service management, and customers to shape the secure mobile communication of the future.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect secure mobile service solutions.
• Act as a technical expert for scalable mobile solutions in project engagements.
• Plan, build, and expand the EMM infrastructure for secure mobile devices.
• Coordinate closely with other system and solution architecture teams.
• Continuously improve services with a focus on technological trends.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide technical consulting to service management and customers.
• Support 2nd-level operations and vendor communication for assigned products.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in IT, or a recognized IT vocational qualification. Alternatively, at least 8 years of relevant professional IT experience.
• Certifications: IT Service Management knowledge (minimum ITIL Foundation).
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Languages: German (C1, CEFR) and English (B1, CEFR).

Professional Experience

• At least 1.5 years of proven experience with VMware Workspace ONE, Android, iOS, Secusmart SecuSUITE for Samsung Knox, and Linux.
• At least 1 year of experience in designing mobile enterprise solutions within sensitive infrastructures (e.g., VS-NfD level).
