Kayzen is a mobile demand‑side platform (DSP) dedicated to democratizing programmatic advertising. We enable leading apps, agencies, media buyers, and brands to run programmatic customer acquisition, retargeting, and brand performance campaigns through its self‑serve and managed service options.

Locations: Berlin, Bangalore, EU Remote.

Preferred location: Berlin or Bangalore; remote candidates in European or Indian time zones will also be considered.

Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for tech‑related roles across product, engineering, business, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Act as a strategic partner to the People & Culture Lead, People team, and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with company goals and culture.
Leverage Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to proactively identify and engage high‑quality candidates.
Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience through clear, timely communication and smooth coordination.
Track and report key metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) to optimize hiring performance and support business goals.
Drive initiatives to strengthen the employer brand, streamline hiring processes, and enable interviewers through training and best practices.

What You Bring

5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast‑paced tech environments.
Experience recruiting in India, especially for tech roles, is a significant plus.
Hands‑on experience with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
A strategic and agile mindset with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
A team player with a collaborative approach to challenges.
Excellent communication, organizational, and storytelling skills.
Ownership, agility, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience in the ad‑tech space is a bonus.
