Join Rhenus Logistics as a Senior Talent Management Specialist. You will be responsible for driving and continuously improving Talent Management practices across the Air & Ocean division of a global logistics organization.

Key responsibilities

• Talent & Succession: Support talent reviews, succession planning, documentation, and development actions.
• Learning & Development: Deliver global and divisional talent programs, identify development needs, and design pragmatic learning solutions.
• Performance Management: Support and refine performance processes, guidance, and manager enablement.
• Regional Support (EU): Act as the main Talent Management contact for Europe and coordinate regional rollouts.
• Talent Analytics: Prepare talent data, maintain records, and provide insights for decision‑making.

What skills & experience you bring

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 4‑6 years of experience in Talent Management, OD, or related HR roles in a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of talent assessment, succession, performance, and development.
• Experience delivering global learning and development programs.
• Analytical, structured, data‑driven mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and talent systems (Workday preferred).
