Senior Tax ManagerLocation: Hesse A leading international organisation is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to advise on complex tax matters across diverse investment structures. This position involves both transactional and ongoing portfolio support, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and sound structuring in a dynamic, cross-border environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert tax advice on acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings across multiple jurisdictions.Coordinate with external advisers and internal teams to ensure effective and compliant tax outcomes.Develop and optimise tax structures to support business and investment objectives.Oversee tax compliance and reporting for existing entities during the holding phase.Identify and manage potential tax risks, keeping abreast of regulatory developments.Support the implementation of process improvements and alignment across stakeholders. Requirements: Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline; tax adviser qualification preferred.4–7 years of professional experience in tax advisory, corporate tax, or similar roles.Strong understanding of German and international tax frameworks.Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.Fluency in both German and English.
