Tasks

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of team members
  • Monitoring and analysis: Regular inspection and monitoring of equipment and tools
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving: Identifying and resolving technical problems to ensure operational readiness and reliability of equipment and tools
  • Planning, coordination, and execution of repairs and maintenance
  • Documentation and validation: Creating and maintaining documentation for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, as well as validating spare parts for equipment and tools
  • Spare parts management: Managing, storing, and ordering spare parts
  • Applying Lean principles and driving continuous process improvement
  • Optimization and modification of equipment in coordination with ME Support and R&D
  • Planning and management of projects within the area of responsibility
  • Supporting NPI in the development, construction, and modification of equipment and tools

Profile

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the maintenance or technical support of production facilities including at least three years of management experience in this area
  • Strong technical expertise in mechanics, electrical engineering, and control systems for production facilities
  • Experience with ERP and MES systems and Lean methods (TPM desirable)
  • Familarity with quality management and safety standards (ISO, HSE)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and fluency in English
  • Additional qualifications such as REFA Maintenance Manager, CMRP, Six Sigma, or Lean Expert are desirable.
