The ideal candidate:

• 4–10 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on deep tech roles.
• Demonstrable experience recruiting in high‑growth startup or scale‑up environments.
• Fluent in German (C1–C2 minimum) and adept at leveraging data for hiring optimization.
