What makes the role special
We are seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter with a passion for engineering and highly specialized technical hiring. In this role, you will conduct global recruitment for niche roles across R&D, software engineering, and cybersecurity (e.g., Threat Intelligence Analysts, Malware Engineers, Reverse Engineers).

Role responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized technical roles worldwide, from sourcing to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
- Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for engineering and cybersecurity functions across regions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking in global talent markets.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and tech leaders to define requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and guide hiring managers throughout the decision-making process.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Continuously map global talent pools, conduct salary benchmarking, and gather competitive market intelligence.
- Collaborate on broader talent initiatives and contribute to key HR projects to support business growth.
- Deliver regular, data-driven reports on recruitment performance and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in technical recruitment, ideally with global scope.
- Proven expertise recruiting for niche technical positions (software engineers, R&D specialists, cybersecurity experts).
- Experience in the cybersecurity or information security sector is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously across geographies and functions.
- Demonstrated success in delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Strong influencing and communication skills to partner effectively with senior technical leaders.
- Creativity, adaptability, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Russian language skill is a plus.
