Senior Technical Accounting Manager

We are partnering with a leading international organization to appoint a Senior Technical Accounting Manager . This is a high-impact role within a global finance function, offering exposure to complex technical accounting topics, senior stakeholders, and strategic initiatives.

You will play a key role in ensuring the consistent application of IFRS across the group, while supporting business-critical decisions and driving accounting excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply IFRS standards to complex and non-routine transactions
• Provide technical accounting guidance to internal stakeholders across multiple entities
• Ensure consistent implementation of IFRS policies and frameworks group-wide
• Partner with external auditors on technical matters and accounting treatments
• Maintain and enhance internal accounting policies and documentation
• Support the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements
• Develop and deliver training sessions to strengthen IFRS knowledge within the business
• Contribute to senior leadership reporting and presentations
• Support key projects including regulatory changes, process improvements, and business transformations

Your Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong experience working with IFRS , either in industry or professional services
• Solid understanding of technical accounting and group reporting
• Experience dealing with complex accounting issues and auditor interactions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment
