Your mission

We are looking for a hands‑on (Senior) Technical AI Project Manager Mittelstand Solutions to empower Germanys Mittelstand by making artificial intelligence accessible and this role you will be the driving force behind the adoption of AI in small and medium‑size enterprises (SMEs) helping them automate processes and unlock new value. You will be a trusted technical partner guiding companies from the initial idea to a working AI solution.

Your tasks will include :

Serving as the central contact person for companies in our Mittelstandsprogramm building strong relationships and acting as their go‑to expert for AI implementation
Scoping and defining AI use cases by collaborating directly with business leaders to understand their key processes and identify high‑impact opportunities for automation using our proven templates to guide the discovery process
Implementing practical AI solutions and workflows using leading low‑code platforms such as Power Automate and N8N
Empowering our partners by translating complex AI concepts into practical business applications and providing hands‑on support
Staying current with the latest advancements in AI and low‑code technologies to continuously refine our implementation strategies and share best practices within our ecosystem

Your profile

An academic background in a tech‑related or business with several years of practical experience in project management consulting or similar fields
Proven hands‑on experience in developing and deploying automation workflows using low‑code / no‑code platforms (e.g. Power Automate, N8N, Zapier)
Strong business savvy and the ability to quickly understand and analyze key business processes across different industries
A self‑autonomous and proactive work style with demonstrable experience in advising and communicating effectively with business leaders and decision makers
Strong practical understanding of core AI concepts and the capabilities of modern AI tools especially in the context of business automation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders focusing on business impact
Fluency in English and German is required
