The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and proven experience in managing complex sales engagements and delivering impactful product demonstrations.This position requires close collaboration with a dynamic sales team to support new customer acquisition and drive growth within existing accounts in partnership with the Customer Success team. A comprehensive understanding of engineering applications—including CAD, PDM, PLM, CAM, and FEA—is essential, along with the ability to clearly articulate Onshape’s unique value propositions. You will play a pivotal role in introducing a next-generation product design platform to a broader market.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop expert-level proficiency in all Onshape products.* Partner with the sales team to navigate complex sales engagements and deliver tailored, high-quality product demonstrations.* Serve as a trusted technical advisor, addressing inquiries from customers and prospects.* Create technical content to support product marketing initiatives.* Collaborate with the development team to communicate and prioritize customer-driven feature requests.* Continuously enhance technical knowledge and professional skills.**Required Skills and Experience*** Strong proficiency in engineering software such as CAD, PDM, PLM, CAM, and FEA.* Proven experience delivering impactful product demonstrations.* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and resolve complex technical challenges.* Fluency in German and English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills; additional languages are advantageous.* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.* Minimum of 3–5 years in an engineering role or within an engineering software organization.#LI-DNILife at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
