(Senior) Test Manager - System-of-Systems (all genders)

Overview

Join us as a (Senior) Test Manager - System-of-Systems in our Technical Program Management domain and help shape the future of autonomous mobility. We are building the new business domain "System-of-Systems" to integrate the Robot-Taxi-Service from several subsystems, with test management and operations ensuring the (HiL) simulation infrastructure is up and running. In the next step, release regression tests are executed on this simulation infrastructure. As a (Senior) Test Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape processes, drive impactful changes, take ownership of our simulation infrastructure, and participate in decision-making in our System-of-Systems domain.

What you will do

• Operations & test management: Own the budgetary and financial planning of the entire (HiL-) simulation infrastructure & testing activities.
• Act as the central coordinator for simulation infrastructure.
• Coordinate and manage external partner companies.
• Own and manage the large-scale HiL-simulation infrastructure.
• Coordinate procurement transactions to extend and maintain the simulation infrastructure.
• Ensure that all test operations are running.

What will help you to fulfill your role

• Experience with ensuring that all test operations are running smoothly.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across technical and nontechnical teams.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Nice-to-have

• Solid understanding of automotive testing processes.
• Hands-on experience in HiL system testing.
