As a Testarchitect / Testmanager (f/m/d), you will oversee a team of 15 experts, leading with authority to drive innovative problem‑solving. Your deep expertise will ensure the highest quality standards in our software solutions, exceeding client expectations.

What part will you play?

• By crafting comprehensive test strategies and plans, you address both functional and non‑functional scopes, including Cyber Security and Performance tests
• You design and implement advanced test architectures to significantly boost our testing capabilities
• With strategic insight, you manage testing resources, infrastructure, and methodologies for optimal efficiency
• Through diligent monitoring, you report on testing progress, addressing results and risks proactively
• You continually enhance our quality assurance by integrating industry‑leading practices, tools, and technologies
• Taking test automation to new heights, you push its capabilities to unprecedented levels

Your defining qualities

Education

• You hold a master’s degree in the electrical domain, computer science, or a related field

Experience & Skills

• You bring long‑term experience in software testing and test automation (e.g., C#, Typescript)
• With a proven record, you developed comprehensive test strategies and test plans effectively
• You possess solid knowledge of test frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, Cypress, Playwright, and Ranorex
• You have experience with CI/CD infrastructure and tools (e.g., Azure Devops, GitLab CI)
• Familiarity with agile methods, for example with Scrum and SAFe, marks your experience
• While an ISTQB certification is advantageous, several years of relevant test leadership experience managing multilocational teams are essential
• Your communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are excellent

Languages

• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in German is beneficial
