As part of this central unit, you will work closely with regional Treasury Centers and senior stakeholders to ensure financial stability and enable strategic growth.

Your Role

As a Senior Treasury Specialist (f/m/d), you will be at the heart of DHL Group’s global cash and liquidity management. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimizing global cash flows to ensure smooth business operations
• Driving liquidity visibility and availability for key activities such as dividends and M&A
• Developing forecasting models to improve Free Cash Flow predictability
• Leading compliance processes like KYC and supporting global inquiries on sanctioned countries
• Ensuring business continuity during system outages and coordinating with IT and security teams
• Creating Power BI dashboards and implementing automation initiatives for transparency and efficiency
• Acting as a key contact for audits and contributing to strategic projects across divisions

What You Bring

• University degree in economics, finance, or similar
• Several years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial risk management
• Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and project managementAdvanced Excel and Power BI expertise
• Fluent English communication skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
