Senior UXUI Designer (mfd)

We provide our customers with efficient tailored processes and applications for operating IoT infrastructures in real estate as well as our flexible Enterprise‑IoT‑Suite in which we manage data from many millions of sensors into intelligent products and services.

Your mission

With a team of product and IT experts the future position holder will integrate the internal UX / UI design team and be responsible for the following tasks :

• Provide UX expertise to product owners and product development teams.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and gather feedback to improve our products continually.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless integration of design into the development process.
• Work closely with the UX / UI Design team to ensure consistency on deliverables, processes and a common UX strategy across beyonnex products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools and best practices to continuously improve your skillset.

What we need from you

We are searching for a motivated UX / UI designer with the following qualifications :

• At least 5 years of professional experience as UX / UI Designer.
• Excellent understanding of user‑centered design principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on real projects.
• Strong UX research and analytics skills are a must.
• Conceptual thinking and a very independent way of working.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Experience in planning and leading UX workshops is a plus.
• Experience in Professional software is a plus.
• Experience in Mobile Interaction and Visual design is a plus.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and UI kits in Figma is a plus.
• You are well‑organised and you have excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Key skills: CSS, InVision, Balsamiq, HTML5, Information Architecture, UX, Usability, UI, iOS, Figma, Responsive Web Design, Sketch.
