About us

Hi, I am Max, owner of PsyCommerce. We are the only CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) specialized Shopify-Plus agency in the DACH region. Our goal is to maximize our clients' revenue (including Tom Tailor, LFDY, SMILODOX, Judith Williams, ZOE LU, and others) through data-driven optimizations.

Our focus areas include A/B testing, analytics, and machine learning to sustainably improve revenue and user experience. With our unique A/B test database and innovative analysis models, we set standards in conversion optimization.

Position

We are looking to expand our remote analytics team with a (Senior) Web Analyst (m/w/d).

Responsibilities

1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in web analytics.
2. Data analysis and insights: Conduct detailed analyses for Shopify stores using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
3. Tracking implementation: Plan, execute, and optimize tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
4. Reporting: Create clear dashboards and reports in Google Looker Studio (GLS) for data-driven decisions.
5. A/B testing: Support planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize shop performance.
6. Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and guidelines.
7. Heatmaps and recordings: Analyze heatmaps and recordings to identify optimization opportunities.
8. Customer feedback: Analyze customer surveys to generate valuable insights.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with CRO managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and clients to implement data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, statistics, or related fields.
• Extensive practical experience with Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Google Looker Studio.

Hard Skills

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages.
• Experience with BigQuery (Data Warehouse).

Desired Hard Skills

• Extensive knowledge in eCommerce, especially Shopify.

Soft Skills

• Fluent in German (spoken and written).
• Good communication skills in English.
