Your tasks

• Administration, optimization and maintenance of the Windows-based IT infrastructure (servers and clients)
• Administration of Active Directory, domain controllers and associated group policies
• Support and further development of the Microsoft Exchange environment to ensure availability and security
• Automation of recurring tasks and processes using PowerShell to increase efficiency
• Implementation and administration of client deployment solutions (e.g. SCCM, MDT)
• Creation of technical concepts and comprehensive system documentation as part of change processes
• Analysis and rectification of faults and optimization of the existing infrastructure
• Working closely with other IT teams to ensure system and security requirements are met

Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science or comparable IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration (m / f / d)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the administration of complex Windows Server environments , Active Directory and Exchange
• Sound knowledge of automation with PowerShell
• Experience with Windows Server (from 2012), Windows 10 / 11 and client deployment solutions (SCCM, MDT or similar)
• Ideally knowledge in the areas of network administration and IT security
• A structured, solution-oriented way of working and good time management skills
• A high degree of personal responsibility, the ability to work in a team and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• Communication skills in German and English
