Huawei's Munich Research Center is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design, and strategic engineering of our products. Our cloud platform is gaining momentum and is already planet-scale, with a strong presence in over 40 availability zones across 4 continents and 23 geographical regions.

Your mission

• Conduct cutting-edge research in generative AI, including text-to-image, sketch-to-image, image-to-3D model, and video generation.
• Develop and implement novel algorithms and models to advance the state-of-the-art in generative AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into products and services.
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
• Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Your areas of expertise

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, or a related field with a focus on deep learning, computer vision, or generative models.
• Proven track record of research excellence, demonstrated by publications in top-tier conferences and journals.
• Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or other relevant languages.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and model training.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
