Senior/Staff Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Overview

You’ll join as a Senior/Staff AI Engineer, building robust agentic AI systems that leverage large language models to reason, integrate with external tools and data, and drive real-world automation across both text and voice-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and refine intelligent workflows that enable autonomous decision‑making with modern LLMs.
• Build agents capable of interacting with APIs, databases, and structured datasets to achieve defined outcomes.
• Develop voice‑driven agent capabilities, including dialogue handling and audio processing chains.
• Integrate mechanisms for memory, state tracking and context persistence across multi‑step tasks.
• Work closely with product teams to ship solutions into production environments.
• Design, run and interpret experiments to assess performance, reliability and error modes.
• Translate evolving product goals into scalable, maintainable technical implementations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral or open-source alternatives).
• Experience with multi‑agent architecture.
• Familiarity with agent‑orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar.
• Proficiency in Python and contemporary machine learning tooling (e.g., Hugging Face, PyTorch, Ray).
• Experience integrating programmatic tooling and managing APIs, state or SQL workflows.
• Experience with or strong interest in voice AI systems (ASR, TTS, pipeline integration).
• Comfortable in an iterative, startup‑lean environment where autonomy and collaboration are key.
