SEO Manager DACH (f/m/x)

Our ambition is to revolutionize the travel industry and we’re currently looking for a Senior SEO Manager DACH-market to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new content and marketing opportunities within the DACH market through competitor analysis, keyword research, website and content auditing, and customer insights.
• Take ownership of developing and delivering the local SEO strategy in order to drive new customer acquisitions.
• Lead the on- and off-page content strategy and work closely with both internal and external content specialists to deliver high-quality content.
• Monitor site performance and fix site issues and bugs as they appear; stay up to date with (search) industry trends.
• Support our off-page SEO / link building efforts and help to develop effective outreach tactics to ensure Tourlane coverage in the German, Austrian, and Swiss media.
• Help drive continuous improvement of landing pages through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing, to enhance user engagement and maximize lead generation across our domains.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record and experience in online marketing with a focus on content marketing and/or SEO.
• A great understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in parallel.
• A strong understanding of user behavior and search patterns within the DACH market, with the ability to leverage insights to optimize both search and landing page performance in order to drive results.
• Data-driven mindset. Able to use data to track and measure impact.
• Strong communication skills. Fluency in German and English.
